Catch outages before your customers do.
UptimeHunt probes your HTTP, ping, DNS, SMTP, SSH and game-server endpoints from locations around the world — and confirms every failure across regions before it ever pages you.

Know when the job that runs quietly stops running.
Not every failure looks like downtime. Push-based heartbeat monitoring for cron jobs, systemd timers, CI pipelines and Kubernetes CronJobs — a monitor expects a ping on schedule, and alerts through the same pipeline as every other check when one doesn't arrive.
- Heartbeat pings
Your job pings a dedicated URL on start, success or failure. Set a fixed interval or a full cron expression with time zone — UptimeHunt knows exactly when the next ping is due, and raises an incident the moment one doesn't arrive.
- Zero-touch Kubernetes CronJob monitoring
The Kubernetes auto-discovery operator watches CronJob and Job resources directly. A monitor appears the moment a CronJob is deployed, and every run's start, success and failure is reported from the cluster automatically — no sidecar, no wrapper script, no change to the workload.
- Run history & duration drift
Every run is logged with duration, exit code and output. Runs that drift meaningfully slower or faster than the rolling baseline are flagged automatically — catching the backup that quietly stopped doing anything, long before it's a missed backup.

Probe IPs and hostnames are published so you can whitelist them in firewalls and WAFs. See probe IP list The live list updates automatically from the API on each deploy.
One incident. Not ten pages.
A single probe having a bad second isn't an outage. UptimeHunt scores every probe result, classifies the blast radius across regions and ISPs, and only raises an incident when enough of the network agrees.
- 01
Score
Each probe result is weighted by recency and error type — a hard DNS/TLS/5xx failure counts for more than a single timeout.
- 02
Classify
Failures are grouped into a scope: global, regional, single-ISP, single-area, or intermittent — so you know whether it's you or the internet.
- 03
Confirm
An incident fires only above a confidence threshold you control. Isolated blips are logged, never paged.

MCP (Claude / AI clients)
Query and manage monitoring in plain language.
An open platform, not a walled garden.
Everything in the dashboard is in the API — and a few things aren't in the dashboard at all.
- REST API
Versioned /api/v1 for every resource. JWT for users, long-lived API tokens for automation.
- API tokens
Personal and org-level service-account tokens — independent of any member, rotatable, with preset read-only or automation scopes. The raw uh_… value is shown once; only the hash stored.
- Self-hosted probes
Run UptimeHunt probes on your own infrastructure — outbound port 443 only, no inbound exposure, customer isolation enforced by the broker. Team and Enterprise plans.

Talk to your monitoring.
Connect Claude — or any MCP client — to UptimeHunt over OAuth 2.1. Ask about uptime, incidents and performance in plain language, and manage your checks without leaving the chat.
- Ask in plain language
“Is the API down? Which regions are failing? How slow was checkout this week?” Claude calls the read tools and answers from your live monitoring data.
- Manage by conversation
Grant the write scope and Claude can create, update, pause and delete checks for you — every change goes through the same /api/v1 the dashboard uses.
- Yours only, by design
OAuth 2.1 with per-account isolation: the connector forwards your token to the API, so Claude only ever sees what your user owns. Read-only until you grant write.

Claudeapi.acme.dev is failing in 2 of 12 regions — fra1 and par1. Everything else is healthy.
Illustrative. Claude calls the same /api/v1 your own tokens can — see docs.uptimehunt.io
The MCP server runs in production at mcp.uptimehunt.io. Read tools work for any connected client; creating, updating and deleting checks require granting the write scope when you connect.
